- Many missions do not require full-time work, I share my weeks between several clients. However, some questions, tasks and sometimes meetings cannot wait. I therefore remain permanently connected via emails and TEAMS. Naturally, in order not to impact the work of my client of the day, I prefer lunchtime and the end of the day.

- This win-win operation allows for continuous monitoring of actions. An unanswered question can delay a deliverable and often be a source of frustration.

- Working with several partners allows me to compare processes, IT, legal, regulatory solutions, etc. This is very useful information that saves time.

- To begin with, I have had the chance during my professional career to hold different positions in different industries. I was a manager for several years and I have also worked abroad.

- My educational background, I am an engineer from a leading school and I recently completed my studies with an Executive MBA done entirely in English.

- With me, there is no business manager who will try to sell you an ETP 5 days a week by all means. I commit myself and my company, so I have no interest in selling a dream, when I commit, I follow through.

- My personal context as a father with independent grown-up children allows me to be totally mobile. I am therefore open to missions in France and abroad.

- Respect, listening and acceptance. I am convinced that everyone can contribute to the success of a project. The key to success is knowing how to listen, understand, explain to gain support. Naturally, you have to know how to arbitrate, but doing so without teaching is risking finding yourself alone.

- Since the creation of my company I have worked with large international groups. Their satisfaction is my best guarantee of success.

- With me there are no intermediaries, I take care of your mission entirely.

- In the event of a long mission, you are assured of having the same contact person throughout its duration.

My flaws 😁:

- I often have trouble stopping and I am very demanding of myself and sometimes of others.

- Although I like teamwork, I can sometimes monopolize the discussions and sometimes prevent some people from expressing themselves. This was my area of progress when I was a manager. I am taking care of myself and as they say "I think twice before speaking".

My qualities 😉:

- I like working in a team, I am very sociable and I encourage everyone to participate.

- Thanks to my experience, I approach complicated moments with serenity and this often makes the difference with the teams.

- I am not infallible, I am often wrong (it is a fault 😮), but I have no trouble admitting it. If we have the right to be wrong, we have the obligation to progress so as not to make the same mistakes again.
